What is Super-Squares?
It is a football squares pool run in conjunction with a major sporting event, the NFL Super Bowl.
A standard football squares pool is played on a 10 x 10 grid with 100 squares in play. Players buy a square on the grid before the start of the football game. Once all of the squares have been sold, numbers 0-9 are randomly assigned across the horizontal and vertical axis of the grid. Winning squares are determined by using the last digits of each team's score at the end of each quarter. For example, if the score of the game is Colts 21 and Saints 17, the winning square is found by finding "1" across the top of the grid and "7" down the vertical side of the grid.

The intersecting square is the winner! The player registered for this square wins a portion of the pool. (see image to the right)
Super-Squares is a football squares pool with 10,000 squares in play! 100 times the amount of squares in a standard football squares pool. How did I do this?
Quite simply, I took not one standard pool, but 100 standard pools and placed them in a Super 10 x 10 matrix. Players can register for squares in all 100 pools. Prizes are paid in every pool and bonus prizes are paid to the winners in the Bonus Pool. The Bonus Pool is identified by using the same game score numbers and finding the intersecting Pool in the Super matrix. See example below:
